End User License Agreement (EULA) for Marko Marketing

Effective Date: 21st December 2024.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Marko Marketing ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of our software, website, and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or business use in accordance with this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws or regulations.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Services.
• Sell, resell, or exploit the Services for any commercial purposes.

3. Ownership

The Services and all related materials, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content, are the exclusive property of Marko Marketing. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

5. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice. We may also update this Agreement from time to time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services without prior notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marko Marketing, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
